Refund and Exchange Policy

This Refund and Exchange Policy describes how Deconsafe (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") manages refund or exchange the purchase (collectively, the "Services") done through deconsafe.com.au (the "Site"). For purposes of this Refund and Exchange Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the buyer of the products.

Items Eligible for Refund or Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For online orders, we may ask for email confirmation.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Exchanges and Refunds are only available if the item is defective or damaged change of mind will not be a valid reason.
  • Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Shipping cost incurred will be charged.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

To initiate a refund or exchange, email us at admin@deconsafe.com.au. Please include:

  • Photos or other evidence supporting your request.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Any other relevant documentation.

Refund Processing Timeline:

We aim to process refunds within four weeks. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • In-store returns will be inspected and processed within two business days.
  • Online order returns sent to our warehouse may take up to four weeks, although we strive to process them sooner.
  • You will receive an email update regarding the status of your return.

Missing Refunds:

If your refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared in your account, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.

If an item is deemed non-returnable or defective, we reserve the right to recover shipping costs.
